🛠️Token Balance

Trigger contract that verifies if the current balance of a chosen token is above or below the threshold

Subscription Parameters:

• address tokenAddr- address of the token.

• address userAddr- address of the user whose balance we want to check.

• uint256 targetBalance- Predefined balance amount that acts as a threshold.

• uint8 state - if we want the trigger to be triggered when the current balance goes above the targetBalance, equal to it, or below it.
